New Student Pre-Enrollment for 26-27 is now open!

We're excited to announce that pre-enrollment for the 2026-2027 academic year at Huntington Beach City School District (HBCSD) is now open! 

Our online registration system streamlines the process of registering new students. 

Please note that you MUST live / have a valid address within HBCSD boundaries to use our online registration system. Before you begin:

• Use the HBCSD MySchoolLocator tool to verify your student’s district attendance area and find their school of residence : Click here to visit HBCSD MySchoolLocator

• Use a valid email address to create your enrollment account. Important notifications about your students will be sent to this email address.

• Remember to make entries using proper upper and lower case letters. Do not use all capital letters.

• Make sure you have all the necessary documents before you begin the registration process.

To begin, please click the “Enroll a New Student” button below to create an enrollment account.
(The online registration process will take 30-45 minutes to complete.)

IF YOU ALREADY CREATED AN ENROLLMENT ACCOUNT FOR THIS SCHOOL YEAR

• Click the “Login” button (bottom left) below - If you forgot your password, on the login page, select “Forgot Password”
  
  NOTE: Logins for Online Enrollment Accounts and Aeries Parent Portal Accounts are NOT the same.

  
  

IMPORTANT
Enrollment is only complete once you bring all required paperwork to the school site and the school site confirms that it is complete.
Additionally,if you are pre-enrolling for next year (2026-2027), completed forms and school site documents
will display dates for the CURRENT school year(2025-2026).
